RR: Running In The Rain Rule

There are two parts to NOT running in the rain. #1, if it’s raining no running. #2, if your socks get “sockie wet” the no running. If either 2 part occur, find your nearest indoor health club.

This rule is still being reviewed by the “board”.


RR: 5 minute Rule

The group will always wait 5 minutes after the agreed upon start time before beginning the run.


RR: 20 Degree Rule

If the feels-like temperature is less than 20 degrees we call off the run (we tested that rule last weekend when the feels-like was around 14 and confirmed the rule is a GREAT rule and should NEVER EVER be broken again)
